Id be happy to assist with the Forum merchandise.

I do it for a few big clubs. another one wouldnt hurt.

I also supplied VSS the stickers previously.

I can do bulk orders, arrange stock for meets, etc, and manage group buys of products if there is a market for something specific.

Yet to hear a response to what i offered. I think VSS was and still can be the best club out there, but you need to get this going now.

I have put my hand up to assist in the advertising and marketing of the forum, its now upto you

I am also able to offer free hosting of the site if that is a cost to you wish to reduce. Depending on the Bandwidth required ofcourse.

Agree with you Warren.

Obtaining and retaining sponsors is the primary goal at this stage. Then insurance can be aquired.

Once again Insurance isnt a big thing The bigger issue is whether we become a business and then become join with CAMS insurance the comes with that

VSS Doesnt have to become a business. There are other options out there.

VSS can become an incorporated association. A non profit organisation. becoming a business opens up alot of issues as does becoming an incorporated associatation, but all comes back to the benifits to the members.

An incorporated association is similar to a business, except the owners/directors can not take dividends on profits every year. All proceeds under the incorporated association remain in the club to be spent to improve

Regisitering as an incorporated association is also cheaper than setting up as a business, but i think you need to talk to a legal representitive to make the choice.

CAMS means noting on the road and public events.
We do not need to be a buisiness.

Simply we need sponsors to pay for Public Liability Insurance.
